Turn to the page in the newspaper with information about the Migrator and Gary the Gadget Guy.

Then click on the note in his jacket pocket.

Then a note with a code will come up on it. Don’t bother translating it. Try clicking one of the puffles. They change colors, make all of the puffles black. And then this note from Herbert P. Bear will appear.

I think it has to do with the new mission, and the CP clock. Comment with your ideas.
